Section 1

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AB Alpha Brokerage platform, website, and related services (collectively, "the Service") operated by AB Investment Ltd ("AB Alpha", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

AB Alpha reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AB Investment Ltd. Please read them carefully before using our platform or services.

Section 1.2

Section 1.3

Investments & Risk Disclosure

All investments carry risk. The value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You may get back less than you invest.

Risk Warning: Investment plans offered by AB Alpha involve financial risk. Returns stated in our plan descriptions are target rates based on historical performance and market conditions — they are not guaranteed. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

  • Capital preservation is not guaranteed on any investment plan
  • Returns on investment plans are based on market performance and may vary
  • Withdrawal timelines are subject to market conditions and plan terms
  • AB Alpha does not provide personal financial, tax, or legal advice
  • You should consult an independent financial advisor before investing
Section 1.4

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including AB Alpha employees or officers
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform
  • Engage in market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant financial regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Section 1.5

All content on the AB Alpha platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data, and documentation — is the property of AB Investment Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

AB Alpha's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AB Alpha in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
